As all prints are made to order, we have a strict no returns policy. If your frame arrives damaged, please contact us at prints@chloelowe.com within 48 hours with photo evidence so we can assist you.

Since each print is made to order, please allow a couple of weeks for delivery. We strive to ensure that every piece meets our high standards before it reaches you

Small: Featuring a 7x10 inch picture, it includes a 0.5 inch white border for signing and a 2.75 inch mount, resulting in a total frame size of 11.75 x 17.75 inches.

Medium: This option showcases a 14.25 x 20 inch picture, with the same 0.5 inch white border for signing and a 2.75 inch mount, creating an overall frame dimension of 22.25 x 28 inches.

Large: The largest frame accommodates a 21 x 29.3 inch picture, paired with a 1.5 cm white border for signing and a 2.5 inch mount, culminating in a total size of 29.25 x 37.5 inches.
