- Damaged Goods: If your frame arrives damaged, we want to help you. Please contact us at prints@chloelowe.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We require photo evidence of the damage to process your claim effectively.
- Quality Assurance: We strive to provide you with the highest quality products. Our prints are crafted on fine art Hahnemühle 380g photo rag paper, ensuring longevity and fidelity to the original image. Each print is finished with art glass, which offers superior clarity and is less reflective than traditional glass, providing the best viewing experience for your artwork.
